Lauryn Hill
I was listening to some old Fugees last night, specifically “The Score” album.. Lauryn Hill is lethal on EVERY track. The new Lauryn; not my speed, but maybe she’s way ahead of me. Maybe she’s on some level I just haven’t reached yet.. There is no MC male or female that has the delivery and/or presence she had. There is no MC I can think of that wants to go against that, even now… They say she’s crazy now, I don’t know. What’s the saying.. every crazy person is bat shit crazy; till the rest of us catch up then we call them genius.
